Mark customer as inactive

When a contract with a customer ends, there is a payment issue or for some other reason, a dealer can deactivate a user account. This means that the customer is unable to login and access its data. No data will be deleted and a customer can be reactivated at any time without loss of data.

Steps:

  1. Go to the "End-Users" page.
  2. Select the customer which needs to be deactivated.

After clicking the button you will be presented with a confirmation message.

The Deactivate button will change to a Reactivate button for deactivated user accounts. Use it when you want the customer to be able to login again.
