Unassign hardware that was previously assigned to a customer

When a customer returns loaned hardware, or an order is canceled, use the following steps to unassign the hardware from the customer.

  1. Go to the "End-Users" page.
  2. Select the customer to which the products were assigned.
  3. Click the red Unassign icon behind the product.
  4. Confirm it in the dialog.

When removing a Soundmeter this way, if the customer had a Sound Measurement Point with this Soundmeter, it will be uncoupled. The Sound Measurement Point will not be deleted and no data is lost.
