Create a user account for the customer

Customers need login credentials to get access to their data. There are two types of customer users:

• End-user: Can only see the data
• End-user Admin: Can also create/update measurementpoints, additional users, and more.

It is advised to make the main contact of your customer End-user Admin.

Prerequisites:

1. The customer must be registered.

Steps:

1. Go to the "End-Users" page.
2. Select the customer for which a user account needs to be created.
3. Click the "Add new User account" button.
