This guide will explain how you can export data from the portal. If you wish to export graphs make sure you start with Creating Graph template
Contents:
New export job
Go to your portal and follow these steps
- Open the export page in your portal (if you don't see this page please contact our support)
- Click on New Export Job
- Start by entering a Description
- Now select the group and the measurement point type (in this example Sound Measurement Point)
Now continue below for an example of exporting CSV results and an example of exporting Graphs
Exporting CSV Results
- Now move your attention to the right of the screen. Select Export Results (CSV)
- A new field will appear which will allow you to select the data to export
- Select your start timestamp and end timestamp.
- Set the samplerate to the desired value.
- Select one or more properties.
- Now click Save, this will create the export job.
- On the following screen click Export Data to start the export job.
- Afterwards you can select Download ZIP to download the exported data to your computer.
Exporting Graphs
- Now move your attention to the right of the screen. Select Export Graphs
- A new field will appear which will allow you to select some settings. Here select your graph template, other settings are optional.
- Now click Save, this will create the export job
- On the following screen click Export Data to start the export job.
- Afterwards you can select Download ZIP to download the exported data to your computer.
Creating a graph template
- Go to the objectslist for example GroundWaterWellObjects or Metadata
- Find one of the objects you wish to have an export of and klik on the graph icon under actions. This will redirect you to the graph page where you can see the graph with basic information about this object.
- Here you can save the query, this will save the query for later use and enables us to load this query as template for our graphs.
- Use your template in the export-config!
